Clocks- 2 (Two) Chelsea: (1) Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, "Clinton" desk timepiece, 8 day, time only, spring-driven balance wheel movement, the case in the shape of a ship's wheel with copper and brass finish holding a 2.75in dial; (2) Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, "Milton" desk timepiece, 8 day, spring-driven balance wheel movement in a cast brass case with a 2.75in silvered dial.
CONDITION:
Both clocks have old finishes, though the copper on the Clinton is not described in the old Chelsea catalogs. Silvered dials and blued steel hands are fine. Both clocks wind, tick, and set, but were not tested long term. Dimensions are for the Clinton. Sold "as is ".
